We redesigned Vonigo’s digital presence from the ground up, focused on clarity, scalability and enterprise positioning.

Our work with Vonigo goes back to 2014, when we designed the very first version of their website, along with UI for their scheduling software and animated marketing pieces. More than a decade on, we were back to rebuild it for the company Vonigo had grown into.

The project covered UX strategy, UI design systems, marketing page templates and a flexible CMS, built to explain Vonigo’s field service management platform to a growing North American customer base.

THE CHALLENGE

A platform that had matured
faster than its website.

Vonigo’s website no longer reflected the maturity of the platform or the scale of the business. Navigation had become fragmented, messaging was inconsistent, and the site struggled to explain the product’s value across different industries, services and customer types.

WHAT WE DID

Clearer journeys, modular templates
and a CMS ready to grow.

We redesigned the site with a stronger focus on enterprise credibility, clearer user journeys and scalable content: a modernised visual language, modular page templates, responsive UI and a CMS structure ready for ongoing marketing growth.

THE RESULTS

A cleaner, more credible
enterprise presence.

Better hierarchy, refined messaging and flexible content systems make for a more professional, scalable presence. The modular design system supports long-term growth across marketing, sales and customer acquisition, and is robust enough to support ongoing AI-generated marketing content as the product grows.
