Workplace Dynamics
WorkplaceDynamics conduct simple employee surveys in the US. Most surveying companies generate masses of meaningless data. These guys ask just 25 simple questions, feedback real comments from employees and share the real story with management.
We worked closely with them to redesign and modernise their existing web presence and align them better with their target audience. Like the survey itself, we worked hard to create a simple, fun and graphic visual style.
Across their website and survey management tools we worked through detailed UX and UI design, illustration, front-end code, Tumblr integration and worked alongside Tangerine to incorporate the new brand and their in house development team to integrate our code.
We continue to have an excellent working relationship with them and love that they’re a small and friendly bunch just like us. Perfect for coffee meetings.
